FAQ

Do I need an account? +
No. harshtruths has no login or user accounts. Your quiz answers, reflections, and settings are stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, synced privately via your Apple ID. We cannot access that data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I restore my purchase / subscription? +
Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store. Manage, cancel, or restore purchases using the same Apple ID you bought with — in the App where offered, or in your device's Apple ID → Subscriptions settings. Deleting your data in the App does not cancel a subscription.
I'm not getting notifications +
Daily reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Check that notifications are enabled in iOS Settings → harshtruths and inside the App. If both are on and you're still not getting them, try toggling them off and back on, or reinstall the App.
How do I delete my account or my data? +
You can erase all your data at any time from Settings → Delete All My Data. This permanently removes your name, quiz result, reflections, and settings from your device and iCloud. This cannot be undone and does not cancel an active subscription. Questions? Email contact@harshtruths.app.
I found a bug / something's broken +
